CODA began as a working laboratory at the University of California Irvine and was spun out as a commercial company in 2005. The groundbreaking work of Professors G. Wesley Hatfield and Rick Lathrop resulted in unique technologies which formed the core of the company’s expertise in solving protein production problems.
